TL;DR:

I am tired of traditional dating apps. I’ve been on, like, 25,000 dates? Give or take. (Some were good!)

& I’m ready for a LTR. Like, super long term. Like, let’s get a house upstate and have a baby and a puppy (I only aim to birth one of those) and have holiday traditions and … so on.

• I’m 36

• I really like: climbing, reading, the outdoors, my cool friends, self-development blah blah blah, meditation, mindfulness, AAAART, did I mention art?, poetry, words, interesting adventures, travel (oh god, basic, but whatever), my family, learning kewl kewt things, meeting people, and those long, winding conversations that make your brain buzz in the best way.

• I’m an artist (full time, yep) who is applying to grad school for mental health

• I care a LOT about the world

• I speak Farsi! And English!

• Oh, yeah, I’m half Persian

• I’m pretty much a morning person, but it varies

• And, like a true millennial, I have a lot of plants.

I’M LOOKING FOR:

• A man human

• Who is, like, sort of around my age? Ish?

• And also wants a family & to ‘settle down.’

• Someone who is engaged in their work (therapy, self-development, etc)

• Someone who makes me laugh a whole lot (oh, and ideally, I’ll do the same! for him!)

• Someone who is engaged in the world and cares deeply for it

• & who ideally has a spiritual core or practice of some sort

• Basically: grounded, playful, loving, open hearted, silly, intelligent, bright sorts.

• BTW, I live in NYC, so probably best that he/you do also, or adjacent.
