Rooted 🌱🌿
A 6-week journey through creativity, embodiment, and community - to a more centered, more resilient you
6 live sessions • Sundays, 12-1:30 PM ET • Begins October 25
Learn to tend to your inner world with care - so you can meet the outer world, however it shows up.
Craves to feel more rooted, resilient, and present in your life?
Feels things deeply - and wants to meet all of life with greater presence and capacity?
Wants to feel more in touch with your inner world - and the world around you?
Loves creativity, somatic work, and connection - or yearns to learn more about them?
Just feels freaking drawn here?
Are you someone who …
You’re in the right place.
Rooted is a six-week live, experiential journey designed to help you cultivate presence, resilience, and wellbeing.
Through art making, creative practices, somatic tools, and positive psychology, we’ll practice turning towards our inner worlds - so we can show up fully for our wild and precious lives.
…And have fun doing it, too!

What you’ll walk away with …
More grounding and more steadiness in your system

About your Facilitator
Hey, friends!
I’m Nasimeh Be, M.A. - and you probably know me from my drawings online. Dope!
I’ve spent years both exploring every facet of the human experience through art - and training in multiple modalities. I have an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, am a trained life coach, and just finished my first year of Somatic Experiencing ® training.
I created Rooted because I looked around and thought, what does the world need right now?
The answer came so vividly: grounded, resourced people.
Cuz when we feel that way … we can show up for this world with presence, resilience, and care.
And I want that. Don’t you?!
I hope so. And I can’t wait to root with ya.
