Meet the Facilitator:
Nasimeh Be
Nasimeh brings over a decade of experience facilitating workshops, retreats, and transformational experiences—from off-the-grid weekend retreats to teaching EQ and mindfulness in schools, and everything in between. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, where her research focused on the intersection of creativity, wellness, and play.
Her passion centers on one thing: people. She believes that strong connections make strong teams—and that the five pillars of Somartica offer powerful pathways to creating that connection.
In addition to her Master’s, Nasimeh is a trained improviser, certified life coach, registered yoga teacher, and has training in Somatic Experiencing, Psychodrama, and Motivational Interviewing. She brings all of these practices into the rooms she facilitates, creating workshops and experiences that are uplifting, transformative, and deeply human.
